Return Conditions

RETURNS
Return requests must be made within 15 days from the receiving of the order, indicating the order number, invoice number and name. After 15 days it won’t be longer possibile to return the goods.

In case of incorrect purchase, 5% of the taxable amount will be deducted for restocking fees, the shipping remains your responsibility (shipping costs will not be refunded).
 

The returned goods must not be broken/deteriorated and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use.

In the case of goods provided with Lainer packaging, it must be returned brand new as well and must not show signs of wear otherwise the cost of the packaging will be charged.
 

In the event of damaged or non-functioning products, we will take care of the shipment, upon the receiving of the goods we will check if there are signs of wear caused by use and we will send the product back under warranty. If the returned product is compliant, return shipping costs will be charged before sending the goods back.
 

In case of incorrect product received, we will take care of the return shipment (unless otherwise indicated), once the product will be received, we proceed with the shipment of the correct product.
